Success # Hurdle 1-Thank you Boroondara!

We are delighted to let you know Boroondara Councillors voted unanimously to support the Heritage Overlay process proceeding. Lots more work ahead, but we are on our way!

Thank you for your support, we now need to approach the Minister for Planning Honourable Richard Wynne for his approval to proceed.

We’ll keep you informed, so thrilled for the Residents at Kaydon Court, this very significant mid Century property with beautiful gardens now has a fighting chance!
