Help Seniors Demand the Immediate removal of San Francisco Property manager, Sadie Wing
The Issue
Senior and disabled residents of Bridge Housing located at 3850 18th St and 255 Dorland St have been living in distress and uncertainty under the administration of Property Manager and naysayer Sadie Wing. Sadie's deplorable neglect and discrimination against the residents lead to a significant decrease in living quality, with dire results. A harmful and poorly handled bed bug infestation left many residents attacked and their homes uninhabitable. Families reported being bitten and reported multiple infestations within their units. Still, the necessary pest control treatment was not provided in a timely fashion , reflecting the incompetence of Sadie's conduct.
Sadie's actions have not only disregarded the health and safety of the residents but have also contributed to a hostile living environment, marked by threatening petty notes around buildings and residents' doors, anticipatory threats of eviction, write ups and even closure of the community center. Sadie has also ignored many of the tenants maintenance complaints .
In a particularly alarming case, a deceased resident's welfare was entirely overlooked during Sadie's tenure. Such actions reflect a dreadful lack of empathy and responsibility for the residents. Breaking HUD laws, she has instilled fear and anxiety among tenants, leading to an all-time low resident confidence and trust.
Many residents apartments had flooded due to her gross negligence, there is no 24hour maintenance personnel that can help with these types of situations and this has to change. Then she wants to blame the residents for these types of issues that occur. Many residents are fed up with her and we can no longer to accept her leadership here. We the people want her out immediately and is seeking a new property manger that has care and compassion for the residents and listens and addresses the concerns of the community here.
This petition seeks the immediate removal of Sadie Wing from her position as Property Manager at Bridge Housing, given her clear incapacity to fulfill her responsibilities. Let's ensure that residents are once again prioritized and their concerns addressed—I urge you to sign this petition.
