Thanks so much for your participation in signing and sharing our petition to support SB 673, an amendment to AB 329, the California Healthy Youth Act. Our legislation is set to be heard in the Senate Education Committee on Apr. 24th at 9 a.m.  With your help, we can pass this bill out of committee and through the House to restore some of the parental authority that has been unfairly taken by powerful Sacramento insiders, who have put THEIR special interests OUR children's safety. Parents have spoken loudly, and we have over 13,000 signatures in less than 2 weeks. But we cannot be complacent!  In the last few days, our opponents, (who are working hard to support Planned Parenthood's access to our children in the classroom), have launched their own petition in an attempt to EXPAND "Comprehensive Sex Education"--to be taught in EVERY YEAR of high school!  It is more important than ever for you to continue to spread the word and share the petition about our common sense amendment which will protect children.
