Many thanks for signing our petition to amend the California Healthy Youth Act! Among other ways, SB 673 restores parental rights by making Comprehensive Sex Education (CSE) TRANSPARENT (online access for parents to review curriculum); and puts parents in control of IF and WHEN their children receive CSE instruction (parental opt in - instead of opt out).
Unfortunately, the California State PTA is opposing this common sense legislation, and their primary reason is "the inclusion of the active 'opt-in.'" Please see important video message from Informed Parents' co-founder, Aileen Blachowski.
Apparently, there are many who believe California parents are okay with the sexualization and indoctrination of our children in grades K-6. Let's prove them wrong!
