Hi we are being forced to rehome our cats even tho they are my emotional support animals and help me loads. I have ptsd, depression & anxiety and being tested my bipolar 

They have completely changed my life for the better I’m more active and more happy with life I’m getting out more and enjoying my life the past year I have came so though with my metal health now the council/ Wolverhampton homes are forcing us to rehome them and if we don’t we are at risk of losing the property.

I’ve started to rehome a few and my metal health as turned for the worse, I’m feeling more sudial and I don’t have any interest in life anymore. My parther had to call an ambulance out to me on 30/6/22 because I tried to take my life. 

these pets make me feel safe and give me a reason to live a reason to get up in the morning a reason to be alive and be here without my pets I’m northing I have no reason and Wolverhampton homes don’t care about metal health they have stated metal health is just a stage and I’ll get over it. 

my pets are my babies they are my reason to be here my reason to keep fighting and my reason to carry on with life they help keep my mind busy with is good so I don’t over think etc.

I have been 6 mths self harm free because of my pets helping me I’ve also been drug/alcohol free for 6mths they have improved my living so much. 

they are all vaccationed fled/wormed, microchipped and healthy cats. They always have food and water they are loved and look after and the flat is always kept cleaned so they haven’t damaged the flat in any way.

this is tearing my family apart I’m so broken and I can’t rehome anymore as I don’t now what my metal state will be I’ve rehomed 4 out of 7 and it’s broken me I’ve straved myself, had suidal thoughts and nearly acted on it but my parther was here to stop me. 

please can you all share and sign to stop Wolverhampton homes damaging my fur-family anymore
