From strength to strength - an update! Love Tyabb
On the road to 15k !! We, the community of Tyabb, in support of Peninsula Aero Club ; we are blown away by you all taking the time to sign & share to help save our slice of aviation paradise in small town Tyabb! (Melbourne , Australia) Even more so , the members of PAC, President Jack Vevers is absolutely overwhelmed with the response from far & wide.

Also to mention, at the weekend many of us from the local area (Tyabb) attended a community BBQ put on by Peninsula Aero Club. This was a chance for President Jack Vevers to brief everyone in regards to the current situation & during this time we had the media turn up (A Current Affair Chanel 9). Understandably, many are emotionally charged during this time but please, if you are communicating with others on social media or reaching out to Council in regard to this matter it's best you stay as level headed & collected as possible. Please make reference to fact / true statements only & please refrain from derogatory or damaging remarks to others as this would not do our cause or Peninsula Aero Club any favours.
There is currently no resolution to this matter , the stop work notices issued by the Shire still stand, so these local businesses are in a very sensitive position. Please know this is not over, there's a long road ahead for PAC & meetings with officials are on-going. We must keep up the sharing of the petition because the traction gained will provide us with a solid backing to present to relevant departments.
I am in the phases of a secondary plan to raise our voice in support of PAC so I will make sure to keep you all updated!
