As Mama Bears, Papa Bears, MawMaw Bears, and PawPaw Bears, it's our responsibility to protect our precious cubs. Carbon capture and sequestration (CCS) pose a direct threat to our children's health, safety, and well-being. The planned infrastructure and storage wells for CCS near our schools, homes, and communities are absolutely unacceptable!
The fact that officials are even considering providing oxygen masks in schools as a solution is outrageous and unacceptable! Our kids should be focused on learning, playing, and growing - not fighting for breath. The fact that CCS facilities could put them at risk of exposure to leaks is a nightmare scenario.
Imagine a leak happening near our schools. Chaos erupts as children struggle to breathe. Oxygen masks may not even be available to help them. To make matters worse, no ambulances will be able to reach them in time. Our children will be trapped, gasping for air, with no help in sight.
Our children's safety is at risk everywhere - at school, at home, and in our community. This disaster is already on our doorstep, and it's imperative we act NOW to stop it.
We are appalled and outraged that our elected officials are willing to sell us out, putting the interests of corporations and profits over the health, safety, and well-being of our children. This is unacceptable, and we will not stand for it!

Express your outrage, concern, and demands for action. Let them know that our babies, our families, and our communities are what matter most to us.
