East Chiltington forge application withdrawn, round one over......

An update on the story.......The developer has withdrawn his current planning application. It's a partial victory I suppose, but not the outright rejection we had all hoped for. No doubt a new application will be submitted soon, probably with a revised scheme. I think he completely underestimated the strength of feeling and local opposition to his plans, the signs on the lane stretch for miles! Thank you everyone for your amazing support and for signing the petition. The website and the facebook page will remain as I have a feeling it may be needed again soon........ Thanks again!
