On Monday 18th of June we take our case to the High Court in Belfast to contest a decision by Newry, Mourne and Down District Council to allow inner city style development within a few metres of Rostrevor’s ancient oakwood. Our challenge will have consequences reaching far beyond Rostrevor and we encourage all who have supported us in this long journey to attend the hearing, scheduled to begin at 9.45am on Monday morning in Queen's Bench No. 1 which is downstairs off the main hall, Royal Courts of Justice, Chichester Street. The hearing is open to the public, space is limited and it would be great to see you there if you are interested in witnessing the legal system at work!
