Dear All, Many, many thanks for your votes, as a result we walked away with the "People's Choice" Award. I accept this on behalf of all the people in Northern Queensland who have suffered from this insurance crisis. Also, I was awarded the Qld Regional Service Award which I also accept on behalf of you all. Whilst I was down in the cold and rain I managed to get a meeting with a member of the Department of the Premier and Cabinet to discuss the insurance situation, and had meetings with 2 insurance companies. There are more innovations and products in the pipeline. The Consumers are winning. Many thanks to you all again for your support. M
