I want to speak honestly for a moment, because this has been exhausting in ways that are hard to put into words.
I have now counted 225 initial emails that I have personally sent while trying to seek accountability — and that number does not include follow-up emails, online submissions, phone calls, WhatsApp messages, Facebook messages, or video calls.
Each of those emails was an attempt to be heard. An attempt to report what happened. An attempt to ask for help, guidance, or basic safeguarding. Instead, I have been met again and again with silence, deflection, delays, or processes that quietly go nowhere. What feels like continued cover-up through inaction.
This campaign exists not because I haven’t tried — but because I have tried everything. Across countries, systems, and institutions. And I am still standing here, asking for one person, one body, one system to take responsibility.
I am tired. I am worn down. But I am still here because silence protects harm, and I refuse to let that be the final outcome.
If you’ve been sharing this petition, thank you — truly. Please keep sharing, talking, and standing with me. Your support is the reason this hasn’t disappeared into silence like so many others do.
Thank you for not looking away.
