Your support could make all the difference Hello, my name is Cristen and I am a mother to a 10-year-old  son who was taken away from me by Department of family  Services over false accusations. I love my son more than anything in this world, and being separated from him has left me heartbroken.

CPS violated our rights as a family when they took my son away without any evidence of abuse or neglect. They based their decision solely on the false accusations made against me, which have since been proven untrue.

Autism affects 1 in 54 children in the United States, and families with autistic children face unique challenges that require specialized support. Taking my son away from his loving mother only added to these challenges, causing unnecessary trauma for both of us.

I am not alone in this struggle. Many families have had their rights violated by CPS, leading to unnecessary separation from their children. According to the National Coalition for Child Protection Reform (NCCPR), there were over 400,000 children in foster care in the US as of September 2020.

We need to hold CPS accountable for their actions and demand justice for families like mine who have been wrongfully separated from our loved ones.
