As of May 2023 the private investigator of st.Louis county prosecuting attorneys office found that the evidence that was planted was not witnessed by any of other their officers on scene including his partner shoemaker who knows the evidence was planted and told him while he was verbally telling me he was going 2 plant the evidence to knock it off and not do it and the only one that can help me prove my innocence which shows as to why he did not witness the evidence which means he refused to sign saying that I had those pills when he knows I didn’t and that Machens had them n planted them on me I may never get that confession but I sure do hope and pray for it every day
