The Second Amendment ("2A") guarantees all citizens of the United States the right to bear arms and that right shall not be infringed.

As a Resident of Hubbard County, I am asking you to introduce, support and pass a Resolution declaring that our County is a “Second Amendment Dedicated County” as a sign of support from our County government; and that you personally stand for the 2nd Amendment’s “right to keep and bear arms”.
Passing a Resolution that our County is a “Second Amendment Dedicated County” will send a strong message to the State legislature and anti-gun leadership pushing these bills, that our County will stand strong to support, protect and defend the Second Amendment rights of our citizens.”

We are asking for personal and local governmental support of us in this.

We are petitioning our Hubbard County leaders to pass resolutions that recognize law abiding residents who act in accordance with the U.S. Constitution and have the right to keep and bear arms and that no law, regulation, policy, resolution or ordinance will be passed in the county that would infringe that citizen’s right, including red flag laws.

We are working with community leaders, mayors, sheriffs, and neighboring counties who have already passed resolutions like this.
