After a disappointing response from the council, many residents have awoken today to find the first of three bins being delivered. These small bins are supposed to house 3 weeks worth of general rubbish from next year...

Already the bins clutter the area, and residents struggle to see how the Island infrastructure will cope when it is already cluttered by these smaller bins.

The council made no adjustments and dismissed all concerns raised.

But this doesn't mean the fight is over.
