Currently within Australia poverty and discrimination are key issues that are placing Indigenous Australians into homelessness. With the rate of homelessness is established to be ten times greater than other groups. However, the current housing and homelessness sector within South Australia is not representative and is not responding to the rights and needs of Aboriginal people and their communities. Many aboriginal people are out of reach for having secure, safe, and affordable homes which should be accessible to all humans.
