Joel Spanick's daughter Jillian and I are starting this petition in hopes of preventing the tragic accident that happened Wednesday morning at the Waterford Community exit and Hwy 70 from happening to anyone else. Jillian feels really passionate about this issue and hopes this will prevent any other family from having to go through what her family is dealing with now. We are hoping to get as many signatures as possible before August 1, 2022 to present our case to the Calera City Council. Take into consideration that this could have been any one of us or a family member. Please take a moment to sign the petition to get a red light placed at the exit to our community.
