The weather this weekend is a bit bleh, and hopefully you are able to stay cozy & dry inside. Fortunately, even when you are wrapped in a blanket and drinking some tea, you can still do one of the easiest, most effective things to make Oakland a safer city for everyone to get around-- texting a friend and asking them to sign the petition!

Seriously-- you taking two minutes to text to 5 friends saying something like:

Hey, did you sign the petition to get safer streets in Oakland yet? The link is here https://www.change.org/p/help-get-safer-streets-in-oakland-sign-the-petition-here they're delivering it to the Mayor soon so make sure to add your name.

...is all it takes to get a bunch more signers. If YOU ask them to sign, your friends will sign.
