Our issue to allow patients with limited resources to sue health insurance was mostly resolved. Patients can still get access to attorneys fees if they need to sue for health coverage denials in Florida. Many other aspects of the law limit the rights of Floridians in other ways but at the very least if patients are denied coverage as health insurance denials continue to rise, you as a patient will still have access to attorneys and the courts.
