Headroom Con Explanation, First Media Appearance and Jonathan Brearley

Good afternoon everyone! 

Firstly, congratulations to all of us for reaching the tremendous milestone of 200,000 signatures on this petition! I can feel this making a difference and starting to get attention more widely. 

Three points in this update, firstly I wrote a pretty damning explanation of the "Headroom con" section of the Ofgem Price cap, it seems to be the part that people struggle to understand the most so my article addresses and simplifies this problem. I'll put a link to the article at the bottom of this update. 

Secondly, yesterday I appeared live on my local newstation KMTV at 6:15 pm. It was a great experience, to be able to be on TV explaining to thousands that Ofgem's formula is broken! If you're interested, I've added a link to the clip below, please skip to 46:34 to see the start of my interview. 

Finally, I just received a "read receipt" from Jonathan Brearley, CEO of Ofgem. This is a little exciting because last time I only received a read receipt from his assistant. Hopefully this means he is actually reading what we're saying and will respond soon. Of course, I'll update you all on this as soon as I hear back from him.
