While these types of mechanical issues are sometimes unavoidable, please know that we do our best to resolve them as swiftly and thoroughly as possible.
As a gesture of goodwill, we’d like to offer you a 3-day rent proration off your move-out statement. We hope this courtesy acknowledges the inconvenience you experienced.
Additionally, if you’re aware of any neighbors who may have concerns or questions, we encourage those households to reach out to the leasing office directly so we can assist them as well.
