
As you all know the attached notice was sent out to all residents to info us that pest control would be available on Friday 6/13 to complete pest control treatment for any units in need of treatment.
This notice had instructions to contact management and prepare the unit for treatment. However, on Friday the pest control technician was only able to treat a total of five units and left the property.
After removing all items from our kitchen area and being fully prepared for treatment our home was left untreated once again. I contacted management after 12pm letting them know that no one showed up. The manager came to my door 20 minutes later informing me that only 5 units were treated but another tech would be onsite to complete treatment at 2pm. She let me know she would call me to confirm as soon as the treatment was completed. At 4:13 we received a text message saying that the pest control company did not return to complete the requested treatment.
We sent a request on 10/31/24 for pest control and still live with this issue. This is unacceptable. Let us know if you requested service and are still awaiting a response.
