• Capt. Richard Gary Black Jr. was a Vietnam veteran, retired Federal Special Agent, Citadel class of 1966 graduate, husband, father and grandfather who was shot and killed in his own home by the Aurora Police after saving his grandson and family’s lives during a horrific home invasion.

• The family is asking for your help to name a brand new nature play area that will be located at Star K Ranch in Aurora, Colorado where Gary lived for 45 years until he was killed.
