As you may know climate change is becoming dangerous everyday. By 2030, scientists believe climate change will be irreversible. 

I always see plastic by my local beaches and factories polluting more and more carbon emissions every single day. I am distraught at the fact our planet is dying as it is a career I would LOVE to pursue. It may feel like no one is doing anything to help, but here is one charity who is actively helping: The Ocean Conservation Trust. 

The ocean conservation trust is a global charity working to overcome this problem which affects every single one us. This charity has a campaign called 'Call a Motion for the Ocean' which encourages local governments to act on climate change and help their local communities to become more eco - friendly. I want my government to act and develop the environment to make it more enjoyable for everyone along with saving the ocean. This petition will go to them and encourage them to take action and encourage people in our local community to help!

I was lucky enough to speak to my local MP at school about this issue, along with this charity and she said to create a petition so she can take it to her team and help. So, here I am!
