On April 22nd, Kody's daughter was wrongfully taken from her mother's arm's by her grandma and her grandmas boyfriend they not only spit in her daughter's face, kicked her, but also ripped Kody's daughter out of her daughter's arm's. Crow Wing county has decided to leave Kody's daughter in care with her grandma despite the fact that father her father, Kody Lee is on her birth certificate. Kody has been with his daughter since the day she was born.  Kody has been fighting to get his daughter back where she belongs, but child protection services has refused to even review or hear Kodys conce about her safety and allowing her to be with her dad. What is also more concerning is her grandma is bringing her to Dr appointments and giving immunizations without mother or father's permission. She hlso has blocked off all phone contact to Kody's daughter from dads side of the family,  Kody gets 1 hour of visitation with her . Another serious concern is she does not have own room at her grandma's home and sleeps on the couch most night's or in bed with her grandma. Her grandma has a past with sexual predators and openly made her own children lie about her own daughter being sexually assaulted by her husband at the time when her daughter was younger (that was also brought to court) Kody has no knowledge of the type of boyfriend she is currently living with. Kody and her mother have voiced multiple time's they do not want her around her grandma's boyfriend as they get an unsettling feeling when around him.  CPS refuses to care on that regardless. Multiple people have said they would take Kody's daughter so she's safe and away from her grandma and her boyfriend but CPS keeps her with her grandma and boyfriend.  She failed a drug test for meth and fetynal and has voiced someone has been doing bad stuff to her but she doesn't remember what, she has lost her little 4 year old spunk being taken away from family and all of her little cousin's. Kody just wants her home and safe so does the rest of her family. We pray we can get her back before anything else bad happens to her. Please sign this petition to help bring her Home.
