Good Morning! Its looking to be a lovely day! Yesterday our amazing Alfie made the short video clip attached. What an incredible boy he is putting himself out there to send a message to other children battling Neuroblastoma. I cant describe the ways I am personally proud of him for this. He has such a genuine personality and huge heart. Alfie wants to raise awareness and reach out to other children and give them hope. Can you help us with this?
