I am a mother of two young children living in a council flat in Richmond. Our home is unsafe. There is constant mould and damp, which caused my toddler to develop asthma. I suffer from severe allergic reactions, and the unhealthy conditions here have triggered serious health emergencies for me.

The neighbours smoke weed day and night, and the smell enters our home directly, making it unsafe for my children. I also have mobility issues and cannot manage stairs. My hand requires surgery, and this environment is worsening my physical and mental health. Despite all this, our requests for help have been ignored.
