Zoning Update and Mark Your Calendar

We are pleased to tell you the Plan Commission moved forward the proposal to change the zoning and build the storage facility on the split parcel. This is good progress toward the higher use plan for 5150 N. Northwest Hwy! BUT. On March 27, the plan will go in front of the zoning board. We expect the same "noise" from the opposition.
