We have a lot going on this week! The Plan Commission (aka zoning board) meets this Thursday re: the parcel of land for 5150 N. Northwest Hwy. Please take ONE minute to send a letter to the plan commission - we've made it easy! https://www.neighborsforaffordablehousing.org/copy-of-letter-to-plan-commision The parcel will be divided into two sections. One will be a storage facility (Life Storage owns the property). The other will be the mixed-income development. Thursday is the rezoning meeting for the storage facility, and opponents are hoping to hang up the development by protesting the proposal in writing and in person. We need both letters and in-person testimony.
