The Battle is Intensifying

Friends, thank you again for signing the petition in support of 5150. There's a zoning meeting on Thursday, March 16, not for the apartment building, but for the commercial portion and therefore the overall plan for the parcel. It would be AWESOME to bring 1,000 Chicagoans' signatures to this meeting! Did your spouse sign? Your roommate? Your neighbor? Particularly those living in the 45th Ward, or neighboring wards - or if you are an individual or family who could benefit from this development! As you may know, the "anti-everything" group has started a GoFundMe campaign and has raised over $5,000 this week for "legal counsel" to fight the development of affordable, accessible housing in Jefferson Park.
