They have promised to hold a public meeting before filing. Then they reversed course. They cleared their website of content and disabled new comments. Now we believe a filing is very close. In today's Patriot Bridge article they say the proposal will be different. They are no longer using the word "homeless" but instead say the "list in need of housing" and the "City of Boston Coordinated Entry System." Which is a program matching the homeless with housing. Which means, likely, there will still be PSH. Will there still be no requirements for sobriety and treatment? We might not see this "new proposal" until it is filed.
