Currently we are having to appeal to obtain our certificate of occupancy for our new location. According to the new zoning laws in Hobart our business can only go in certain areas. The location we are trying to go to is just across from our current location. We are appealing to locate in the plaza of Strack and Van Tils next to the GNC in Hobart. We believe we would be a great addition to the other businesses in that location(chiropractor,nail salon,beauty and vitamin store).The next BZA meeting to appeal our occupancy is May 5th @6pm at city hall. Right now we are asking for your support to help us educate the city of Hobart why Heavenly Handz Day Spa would still be a great business to have in Hobart. If you would like to see Heavenly Handz Day Spa continue its 18yrs of business in Hobart then please help us by signing our petition. If we are able to win this appeal we will be able to move forward with getting the new place ready to open and get YOU the client back on your normal weekly-monthly schedule. If we lose then unfortunately we are having to start over at square one and finding another location. Which means,business is closed, we are out of work and you the clients are behind on weekly-monthly maintenance routine.
