We, the undersigned demand for KSP Post 16 Henderson, KY. to do their job! A family should not have had to endure this ‘not knowing’ for 29 yrs., 7 months, when there are answers that can bring the Teague family peace.

Heather Danyelle Teague was abducted August 26, 1995 from Newburgh Beach. ‘One of the largest political coverups has continued for almost 30 years.  A week after the only suspects suspicious death, this mother started voicing concerns the man the witness described with bushy hair and beard was bald. There were screams reported to KSP at 8 pm., at least 7 hours after Heather was reported seen being dragged into the woods by her hair. The widow of the only suspect told a friend, ‘When I seen the mess in the truck, all I could do was scream’. Heather’s mother was taken to court for harassment by this widow and KSP for writing letters pleading with her to tell if Heather was still screaming that night. All this mother wants to know is what the widow of the only suspect saw that made her scream. The constant ‘rumor’ is Heather was fed to the hogs, in graphic detail. Heather’s momma has reached out the DCI/AG pleading for KSP to do their job and question this widow. She pled the fifth November 7, 95, and was granted complete immunity by FBI and Bill Markwell in 2006. To be granted immunity, the widow would have had to ‘give them something’. Just like Heather’s bathing suit bottoms not being sent in for DNA testing for 27 yrs., the screams weren’t important. We are demanding KSP do their job and find out for the Teague family before Heather’s birthday April 25 what was such a mess in the truck causing her to scream. This mother stands alone legally having filed a federal lawsuit July 26, 2024 against KSP and FBI to get answers. Filing ORR’s, appeals, FOIA’s and appeals to try to get answers. All agencies continue to allow KSP Post 16 to control Heather’s case. At the very least KSP and the eyewitness tampered with evidence, and obstructed justice. A sketch was manipulated on day 4 that led to the only suspects suspicious death. A call was created by the witness, KSP and a ‘female’ in 2007 to be played in 2008 with ‘a wig and mosquito netting’ over the suspects face. This call, along with the audio of the call has ‘disappeared’ per ORR appeal. The call this witness made to KSP was kept from the Teague family for 20 yrs. DCI/KSP/AG are aware of the concerns in this call. The widow of the only suspect knows what happened to Heather. HELP US BRING HEATHER HOME BEFORE APRIL 25…HEATHER DANYELLE TEAGUE’S BIRTHDAY.
