El Gov likes us to focus on whistleblowing remedies. It believes its appropriate to force whistleblowers through a hellish journey down the litigation route to achieve compensation and vindication. What they don't tell you is that research demonstrates that this legislation does not work. This is discussed by me here. The evidence is quite clear.
