It's a waste of time approaching any member of Parliament about your whistleblowing case. I have found a lot of them ( exception is Jeremy Corbyn) to be a bit dumb. They are either dumb or just disinterested.
It's true that they may be interested once the media tag along. Who said we pay them hard earned tax payers dosh to do anything else but pose for the media so they too can feel something's being done. Most equate a media to constructive work and problem solving. Ofcourse, this isn't so.
I would approach an MP once but no more if they are being obtuse and dumb. I think writing letters to these time wasters is merely a waste of your time. They are probably too busy surfing adult affairs dating sites or have their head in a trough somewhere. Lastly, I wouldn't be impressed by an MP unless they prove themselves to you. You are the tax payer and you deserve good intelligent service not some lazy response from someone who can't even be bothered to read.
