Approaching the United Nations

This is a little known procedure. Actually, no-one ever tells a whistleblower of their rights when local remedies have been exhausted. Even UK's excuse for a human rights commission does not know about this procedure. I am unsure whether the procedure at the United Nations is effective but it really comes down to the UN's backlog of work. Nevertheless, the procedure exists and here it is.
