Solicitors like to attach themselves to patient or indeed whistleblowing groups. The net effect is an increase in the NHS litigation bill. Now we have a rather new phenomena, the one of whistleblowing litigation and this takes resources away from patient care. Is this a good use of NHS resources or not.
