Systemic racism is a public health crisis that impacts the social, physical, mental and emotional health of minorities, specifically, Black Americans.

The Ohio Legislative Black Caucus are the first to introduce the resolution that racism is a public health crisis on a statewide level.

We need to tell the Health, Human Services and Medicaid Committee, its Committee Chair, Sen.Dave Burke, and the President of the 133rd Assembly, Sen. Larry Obhof to restart these historic public hearings so that Ohio citizens can be heard on this issue.
