D&D suck, their storytelling is garbage and uninteresting. They have ruined 7 seasons of build up, and replaced it with terrible politics which they are unable to make important and as a result have completely subverted fan's expectations. A complete redo of season 8 completely would fix the issues, preferably with actually good writers who proven themselves to do more than adaptation of GRRM's work.
