Recently, the city of Atlanta (Georgia) implemented a hazard pay policy for front-line city employees; as we all face this time of uncertainty. 

With the administrative order, "new hazard pay policy applies to almost 5,400 front-line staffers including: sworn public safety positions and civilians performing critical watershed, aviation, solid waste, transportation, inspection, parks, and recreation, and other frontline functions."

Please, consider the same for city workers in Columbus. Such an imperative measure, may substantially aid in improving worker morale during the current (unprecedented) COVID-19 global pandemic.
