The right to the best means of self-defense outside the home is meant for everyone, but is particularly important for people who may be at a disadvantage during an assault due to size, strength, age, or mobility disparities. Why are law-abiding citizens subject to these disadvantages further victimized by being denied their right to use a tool which gives them greater advantage in protecting themselves outside their home?
