Tell ian.c.hirokawa@hawaii.gov that the construction of a big steel dam in Wai`ale`ale Stream has significant negative impacts to public and cultural access to this stream. This project deserves full consideration of an EIS, before it is rejected. Just say No by Nov. 7, 2019
