Firstly - hope everyone is safe and well. These are quite unforeseen times. 
Secondly - thanks for sharing and signing the petition so far. This is now in the hands of the Democratic Services after the meeting that Councillor Graham Williamson had in September. Small steps of progress but we are not there yet.

To push further it would be great if you can send an email to highways@havering.gov.uk urging the Council to resurface Cherry Tree Lane ASAP. Feel free to mention the issues that you are having and that Councillor Graham Williamson is backing this campaign. Aim to send the email at your earliest possibility before we end up with a road similar to this photo above!
