The name Andrew holds a special place in my heart for it is my name, a name that I wear with pride and honour.

Yet, in recent times, the actions and affiliations associated with Andrew Mountbatten Windsor have cast a shadow on this once unimpeachable name.

Whilst a presumption of innocence must be maintained, until proven guilty, it is equally also true that there is often no smoke without fire.

The ongoing controversies have unfortunately deprecated the public perception of the name Andrew.

This must change.
