Once again we are a bit overwhelmed by the number of comments of support and encouragement we have received today following news of Chorley hospital's action. It's good to hear from so many of you, the vast majority of whom we don't know and have never met, who are following my campaign so closely. So the other news which I didn't get chance to mention is that on Tuesday I was invited for a return visit to Nelson & Colne College, where I gave a presentation to two more groups of students and their lecturers. I really enjoyed it again and the girls were great at listening to my story. Loads of them immediately reached for their phones to search for my campaign page and sign the petition which is great. It's good that so many young people like myself are opening their eyes to what's needed and are prepared to stand up and support it. Following my visit, one of the lecturers messaged me saying that I was "the best guest speaker" they have had at the college, which was great! As a result of my visits to Nelson & Colne College, I have been asked to do a similar presentation at Accrington College in the next couple of weeks! Soon I'll be filling my diary with presentations. I think I need to order some more business cards and badges! And finally tonight, news just in... The Lancashire Evening Telegraph contacted me again this evening. One of their reporters wanted to hear of the progress of my campaign and he sent me some questions by email. He wants to use my answers in an article he's writing for publication this weekend! For those of you who are not in the area, I'll post the article on here when I see it in print! If anyone has any contacts with a national paper then please let me know as I'd love to get the story out there to a wider audience. Time for bed. Maybe tomorrow will be a little quieter! Who knows?!
