Good news...If you check out the petition we are almost at 2500 supporters already in just over a week. This is fantastic and I'm taken a-back as to just how many people love being able to stay overnight at Hayling.

When I started the petition I had no idea of the support that would build. But I am also shocked at the number of people down this weekend that had no idea about the ban. I even met a couple of people who were about to buy camper vans/motorhomes to bring to Hayling who will now reconsider their options. We met horse riders, water sports enthusiasts and day trippers that were also shocked to hear about it and felt it was wrong.

There are so many reasons why this ban should not happen. It's that logic that has brought so many people onboard with this campaign.

Around 40 people attended a meeting on the beach on Saturday evening and a delegation will be meeting with the council this week or next. But we also need experts to argue our case so please get in touch if you can help in that way.
