Hastings Borough Council have submitted plans to build 192 new homes at the Bulverhythe Recreation Ground, a flood plain within the boundary of the Combe Valley Countryside Park (Planning Application Reference HS/FA/20/00966)

Bulverhythe Protectors and West St Leonards ward councillors Karl Beaney and Matthew Beaver are working with residents to object to any development on this site. 

It's important to defeat this proposal, working together as a community to preserve this valued green space for future generations and avoid additional traffic, pollution, impacts on local services and many other potential issues.
