Hasbro Purchase Transformers Robots In Disguise 2001 TV Series Series from The Walt Disney

The Issue

Now Transformers Robots In Disguise 2001 TV is Distributed by The Walt Disney Company since 2002.The Walt Disney Company acquired ownership of Robots in Disguise when it purchased Saban's assets in late 2001. Disney's ownership and apparent lack of desire to do anything with the show has resulted in it being the only American-broadcast Transformers cartoon to not be even partially released on DVD in the United States (though the complete series was released in the UK). Although Saban did reacquire several of their programmes in 2010, there is presently no evidence that Robots in Disguise was among them. Due to these factors, as of this writing, it remains the sole cartoon released in English-language markets that Hasbro does not retain full ownership of. The problem is that Disney owns something it doesn't belong to disney it belongs to Hasbro like Transformers Robots In Disguise anime TV series It's confusing with the 2015 TV series that is a sequel to Transformers  Prime TV series rather than calling Transformers Prime 2 TV series the sequel to the first Transformers Prime 2010 TV Series or a different  name something it's never been used ever I just simply call it Transformers Adventures from the Japanese name tv 2015 Transformers Prime sequel not to be confuse with  Transformers Robots In Disguise 2001 anime series. Ever since disney purchase Saban's assets including Jetix channel That becomes Disney XD and Transformers Robots In Disguise 2001 anime series After facing struggling ratings and a failed attempt by Saban to buy out News Corporation's stake in the venture, Fox Family Worldwide was later sold to its current owner, The Walt Disney Company, in 2001 for $5.3 billion. The purchase gave Disney ownership of the Fox Family channel (which was subsequently rebranded as ABC Family), the international Fox Kids channels (which were later re-branded as Jetix, and then Disney XD), and rights to the Saban Entertainment library. Following then, the company would be rebranded in 2001 under the name ABC Family Worldwide until 2016. The subsidiary has since been amalgamated into the Walt Disney Television group. Saban Brands, Saban Entertainment's successor, would acquire the rights to some of the properties held by its predecessor; most of these assets have since been acquired by Hasbro. Unfortunately Transformers Robots In Disguise 2001 Anime TV series On dvd never got release in america before Disney purchased Saban's assets in 2012 and Hasbro never to own the rights of Transformers Robots In Disguise 2001 series permanently like they did with Transformers Animated 2007 TV series.

Saban Brands would eventually reacquire the rights to several Saban Entertainment properties from Disney, including the Power Rangers franchise, in 2010. Hasbro in turn would later go on to purchase the rights to all of Saban Brands' IP on May 1, 2018 after a deal was struck where Hasbro was announced as the master licensee to create Power Rangers toys in 2019 after parting ways with Bandai.[1] The deal was finalized on June 12, 2018, making Power Rangers a wholly owned property of Hasbro.[2] However, Robots in Disguise does not appear to have been among the shows Saban re-obtained back in 2010, and as such, it remains the sole English-language Transformers series for which Hasbro does not retain full ownership Transformers.
Robots In Disguise English Dub Tranformers Anime Series that is the problem. Hasbro needs to purchase Transformers Robots In Disguise 2001 anime series and Transformers Robots In Disguise anime series is in Transformers Legacy toyline. Walt Disney Company own Transformers Robots In Disguise anime series is the problem. There is No evidence of Hasbro regaining the rights of Transformers Robots In Disguise anime series. However, Robots in Disguise does not appear to have been among the shows Saban re-obtained back in 2010, and as such, it remains the sole English-language Transformers series for which Hasbro does not retain full ownership
