Since 2007, Hasbro has been making toys based on the thousands of Marvel Comics characters, from heroes and villains to civilian characters, with the popular "Marvel Legends" toyline originated by the toy company Toy Biz.  Hasbro's six-inch "Marvel Legends" toyline remains as popular as ever and makes several toylines every year for fans and collectors to enjoy.

Unfortunately, there are many popular heroes and villains in the "Marvel Legends" toyline that have been very hard to find, usually sell out when they go up for pre-order, are stuck as being part of a two-pack or sold exclusively at one store or on one website, and can take several years before they get re-made as a new figure.

We, the fans, would like to see Hasbro make more "evergreen", easier to find figures of classic characters in their original Silver Age costumes or popular uniforms from either the 1970s, the 1980s and the 1990s (including Spider-Man, The Incredible Hulk, Captain America, The Mighty Thor, The Fantastic Four, Hawkeye, Cyclops, Jean Grey, Storm, Colossus, Scarlet Witch, Doctor Doom, Doctor Octopus, Venom, the Green Goblin, Magneto, Mystique, Sabretooth, the Leader, and more) to make it easier for new collectors and long-time collectors to add popular figures to their toy collection.
