By signing this petition, we are asking Harvard to provide basic respect to a distinguished academic. You do not have to agree with everything Dr. West says to sign this petition. By signing you are simply pressuring Harvard to offer him the tenured position he has attained in the past, or to explain their reason(s) for denying tenure.
